Cle Elum Wellness Center
717 East 1st Street, Cle Elum, United States
This workshop will introduce participants to the basics of herbal first aid—how to use common medicinal plants for minor cuts, burns, bug bites, bruises, digestive upset, and respiratory issues. Attendees will leave with practical knowledge, a sample of a loose leaf herbal tea that we blend in class together, and a basic understanding of how to use plants safely and effectively. Some of the herbs we discuss grow in our area, others are commonly sold in stores and online.
I welcome beginner and intermediate herbal students to this class- there will be a little something for everyone!
All materials will be provided, though I do reocmmend bringing an apron, as we will be working with oil.
Please note that pets are not allowed in our venue. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed, but children 13 and up are welcome with a ticket.
