Free Mother's Day Yoga and Meditation for All

Bring your mat, water, and your friends and join us i Concordia Park in the DeMun neighborhood for a rejuvenating morning of movement and deep breathing. No yoga experience is necessary! Wear light, layered clothing and bring sunglasses—you'll be relaxing under the gentle fall sun.

Yoga is an invitation for all of us to return to our bodies and listen deeply, so we can be responsive to our body's needs from within, just like a mother's caring nature for her children with love and patience. Through this practice, tension held in our unconscious mind can be released, our breath can deepen, and our minds can be quieted so we can be present and available for loved ones in our lives.
