The Center for Justice Innovation (the Center) with the support of the Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) welcomes Domestic Violence Mentor Courts and mentees to the Domestic Violence Court Mentoring Program All Sites Meeting in St. Louis, Missouri.
The meeting is scheduled from Thursday, June 12 at 9:00 am CT to Friday, June 13 at 12:30 pm CT at the St. Louis County Courts Building (105 South Central Avenue, Clayton, Missouri, 63105).
ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS
We ask each mentee site to send a judge and a court coordinator or court administrator. Additional participants will be considered on a case-by-case basis, space and budget permitting. Such participants may include advocates, probation officers, attorneys, or any others considered essential to the project.
Important Note: Please do not book travel until your attendance is confirmed by your Mentor Court/s.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Please note: Travel expenses are not covered by the Center for Justice Innovation. When your attendance is confirmed, you will consult with your designated Mentor Court/s about travel and reimbursement policies prior to booking your trip.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Rooms are available at the Clayton Plaza Hotel (7750 Carondelet Ave, Clayton, MO 63105) at the federal per diem rate ($150/night, plus taxes). Please consult with your designated Mentor Court/s for their preferred method of reserving your room/s.
Important: participants are responsible for all associated cancellation fees. The Center understands that last-minute commitments may arise making your attendance difficult. Please notify Center staff as soon as possible so that another participant can take your place.
AIRPORT / TRANSPORTATION
ALL SITES MEETING LOCATION / TIMING / ATTENDANCE
The meeting is scheduled from Thursday, June 12 at 9:00 am to Friday, June 13 at 12:30 pm at the St. Louis County Courts Building (105 South Central Avenue, Clayton, Missouri, 63105).
Teams that register are required to attend the full program and should plan accordingly. Please arrive on Wednesday, June 11 and refrain from reserving flights that leave before 3:00 pm on Friday. Please allot sufficient time to travel to and from the airport. If you have extenuating circumstances, please communicate with your designated Mentor Court/s prior to booking travel.

MEALS
The Center is prohibited by federal funding rules to provide food or beverages. Participants will be provided with maps and lists of local options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Please consult with your designated Mentor Court/s for their specific reimbursement policies regarding meals.
CONFERENCE ATTIRE
Business casual is appropriate. We encourage participants to dress comfortably and in layers as room temperatures may vary. We recommend wearing comfortable footwear for ease of walking to nearby dining options during lunchtime.
