Bryant Tench

Singer/songwriter Bryant Tench performs both solo and as the frontman for the group Drunk on the Wind. Inspired by his Northeast Georgia roots and influenced by the likes of Townes Van Zandt and John Prine, his songs range from tongue-in-cheek talking blues to bluegrass murder ballads to driving rock. Regardless of their tone, each song puts on display Tench’s attention to lyrical detail, imbuing his characters with humor, humanity, and a strong sense of place. He blends his original music with an ample dose of covers by artists like Hank Williams, Tom Petty, Jason Isbell, the Rolling Stones, and Bob Dylan.
