Anchor The Light Meditation

Come relax and get out of the head and into the body every Thursday! This class is for everyone even if u can't afford it all the time. Donations are accepted for those in need!

In this class we will be cleansing and clearing our energy body of any negative thoughts, emotions, and anything no longer serving our highest good.

With visualization and energy work, we are able to find clarity and see more clearly multiple areas of our life. In stillness and focus, we find inner peace and the answers we are searching for.

Every Thursday from 6:45pm - 8:00pm at The Sanctuary!

Enjoy some tea and get settled in before we start the session. Then at 7 we will be starting with some stretches and breathing before explaining and then going into meditation.
