Join us for Yoga and Conversations, a Y12SR (Yoga of 12-Step Recovery) support meeting held every second Thursday of the month from 6:00 PM to 7:15 PM.

This gathering provides a safe, inclusive space that combines a traditional 12-step-inspired discussion with gentle yoga movement and mindfulness practices. Y12SR is designed to complement—not replace—traditional 12-step meetings, offering a unique way to integrate the healing principles of yoga with the supportive framework of recovery.

🌿 Who Can Attend?
Anyone on a recovery journey, whether in a 12-step program or seeking holistic support, is welcome to participate. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

📅 Meeting Details:

When: 2nd Thursday of each month, 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM
Where: Hunter Community Center 509 Fisher Court
Capacity: Limited to 10 participants (advanced registration required)
