Vinyasa Yoga
Move through flows set to upbeat music, combining breath
and movement. Perfect for building strength and focus, this
class starts with guided flows before transitioning to self-paced
practice. Newer students are welcome to follow along
and build confidence!
What to bring: Yoga mat, towel, water

Time: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
