Join Cooper's Daughter Spirits and McGrath Cheese (2025 winner of Hudson Valley Magazine's best cheese) for a fun night of cheese and cocktail pairing! Enjoy four artisanal cheeses as we guide you in pairing it with Cooper's Daughter signature cocktails.
They will be sampling four of their most popular options:
Fresco- Soft, fresh, tangy
Victoria- Soft, buttery, floral. One of 2025's Top 60 Best Cheeses in the World - Culture Magazine!
Hootenanny- Semi-soft, beer washed. Won 2nd Place in the World Championship Cheese Competition!
Goliath- Firm, sharp, grassy
This will take place at the Cooper's Daughter Spirits Cocktail Garden on February 13th, from 5:30pm-7pm in our heated Cocktail Barn. Stay after the event for last minute Valentine's Day shopping, special Valentine's cocktails, and house made grilled cheese!
