WMSS Woody Contest Sanctioned by the AMA - winch, high-start, or electric launch welcome. This is a low key "fun" event with a ladder format, which means you can fly as little or as much as you'd like.

- Pilots meeting at 9:30am
- Flying 10am to 2:30pm
- Tasks will be 3 min, 5 min, 7 min, 9 min, etc.
- Models should adhere to Ray Hayes' Woodcrafter rules
- We will have a winch and high starts available
- $10 Entry Fee
- Lunch will be provided
- Awards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Longest Flight
Ray Hayes’s Wood Crafters rules:
– Wing and stab are built up wood construction.
– No restrictions on spar construction or materials.
– No molded D-tube leading edge construction.
– Fuselage can be wood, glassed wood or molded construction, including the fin.
– Carbon reinforcements can be used on any part of the structure.
