The session emphasizes the importance of converting “A” buyers—those who are ready, willing, and able—by using proven close-to-appointment tactics. Agents will practice strategies like showing benefits, assumptive closes, and trial closes to secure buyer consultations and move clients forward with confidence.
In addition to consultation skills, agents will deepen their knowledge of the buyer journey, including finding homes, writing and negotiating offers, navigating contracts to close, and maintaining systems for post-close follow-up that build long-term loyalty.
By the end of the session, agents will know how to deliver a seamless, professional experience that positions them as a trusted advisor and increases their ability to capture repeat and referral business.
