A yoga and U-Pick flower experience

Come join me Saturday July 12th at 9:00am for a morning of gentle movement at @countryhollow where we will move our bodies in this beautiful flower farm nestled in the Clarkston Heights. Afterwards, take a stroll through the garden and hand pick a beautiful flower bouquet to keep or gift to someone special!

Ticket cost: $35
Includes: 1hr gentle flow class and one U-Pick Flower Bouquet of up to 20 stems.

Bring a mat, blocks and water bottle as we will be outdoors.

*Extra mats and blocks will be available for use for no extra cost, but please note there are limited supply, so it will be first come first serve basis.
