Gentle Yoga & Reiki at Clarkston Zen

Join Katie for Gentle Yoga & Reiki every Tuesday at 7PM and Sunday at 9AM at Clarkston Zen.

Gentle movement and an approachable yoga practice will incorporate reiki energy and meditation for an hour of self care, healing and rejuvenation.

Katie is a certified 200 hour yoga instructor and reiki master teacher.

Class is $10 to attend. Sign up online or pay with cash, Venmo, PayPal or Cashapp upon arrival.
