Hips and Healing

The hips are an area of the body that carry a lot of tension from our daily lives and have also been said to carry our emotional baggage. In this workshop, we will work to physically release our hip area and then spend time using reiki to release any energy blocks.

Reiki is an energy practice that uses a light hand placement technique to heal the body emotionally and physically. Hand placement can be provided with distance/space as well (touch optional).

Denise is a certified 200RYT and an attuned level 3 Reiki Master. Reiki training is passed on from master to student. It requires the ability to sense prana/energy within the physical body. A Reiki master can awaken and distribute energy in a way that brings balance to the body and mind. Most importantly, a Reiki master must embody a spirit of faith and that creates a willingness to accept and receive healing energy in her client. Exposure to Denise’s powerful, yet calm energy in the yoga room brings a sense of security, confidence, and well being.
