A Few Additional Details About the Event:
Official Communication: One of our event organizers, April Jenkins, will be reaching out to all approved applicants to confirm registration and provide important event details. Please note: No one else is authorized to contact you or request payment. This is a free event for our Kidpreneurs — there are no vendor fees.
Food Sales Policy: Food sales are not permitted unless a parent or guardian holds the appropriate food handling certifications and will be present to supervise. A valid food safety certificate must be submitted in advance for approval.
Product Variety: To maintain a balanced and diverse marketplace, each participant will be limited to 2–3 types of items. This helps ensure a wide range of products and reduces overlap among Kidpreneurs.
Vendor Limit: We will be accepting a maximum of 20 vendors. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis for both craft type and overall registration.
