Float into stillness at with the Air Element Sound Bath, the third in our Elemental Series—a meditative journey through nature’s elements to attune body, mind, and spirit.

This session is an invitation to rise with Air—the unseen force that carries birds across the sky, that shapes clouds, and whispers inspiration into being. Air teaches us to breathe deeply, think clearly, and expand beyond what we thought was possible. It is the element of spirit, communication, and possibility.

Guided by Kailin, a certified sound therapist, this evening will blend sound and breath to connect you with the spacious, elevating qualities of Air. You’ll be bathed in delicate tones that swirl and dance like wind—chimes, flutes, bowls, and other ethereal instruments that echo the dreamy qualities of the air element.

As the vibrations move through you, they help dissolve mental fog, lift emotional heaviness, and restore your natural lightness of being. This experience is designed to open space—within your breath, your body, your thoughts—so you can return to your life with clarity, grace, and a renewed sense of openness.
