Clarion Summer Fest Chalk Art Competition

Chalk art is for everyone! Show off your artistic skills using the sidewalk as your canvas.

Categories are: Youth 9-12, Teen 13-17, & Adult 18+
Registration fee for Youth & Teens = $5, Adults =$10

Fees can be paid to the https://venmo.com/u/thelocalclarioncounty or mailed to Clarion Free Library at 644 Main St., Clarion, PA 16214. Checks should be made payable to The Local Clarion County.
