Mayor and Council Community Barbecue

Clarington Council is excited to welcome everyone to our Mayor & Council Community Barbecue! 🍔☀️

This family-friendly event will feature a BBQ hosted by Mayor Adrian Foster, members of Council and volunteers from the Newcastle Lions Club, FREE swimming in the Orono Park Pool, inflatables, games, a scavenger hunt, and community booths.

🚫 No registration required!
🍔 Quantities are limited. First come, first served.
🅿️ Parking is available at Orono Fair Grounds. Accessible Parking and Kiss n’ Ride only in Orono Park.

This initiative is an action item of the community-informed Clarington 2024-27 Strategic Plan, L.4.1: Increase opportunities for civic engagement and public participation by increasing opportunities for Council to connect, both formally and informally, with community members.
