Join us for our “Painting with Intention” children’s painting class!
We will be teaching those in attendance how to paint with INTENTION.
Everyone is encouraged to paint what ever it is their heart desires to paint, and learn how paint with intention.
What does this mean?
Think of when you want to build a high block tower right? You want to build that block tower as high as you can, and as sturdy as you can, right? That is the same thing as painting with an intention. You have a special thought or special goal in mind. Think about when you make your mom her mother's day card, you want to make sure she feels loved in a special way, right? Same thing here, we want to put a special love, & purpose into our paintings as we learn how to paint with kindness, thoughtfulness and in a community setting.
Every child is encouraged to find their own heart song, and express themselves however they feel need and want to express themselves through the process of painting their music note or notes.
We are searching for the inner freedom in all of us to come out, through the grounding approach of treating our tools, brushes, canvas, each other, and ourselves with kindness and respect, as we paint!
Paint and supplies are provided. Smocks from home are encouraged.
