Come see the fields-a-flutter! Friday and Saturday August 8-9th you have the opportunity to join us in releasing hundreds of butterflies into the sunflowers!
The farm is open to ALL (with admission), Butterflies will be available to reserve after July 1st! There is a limit of 4 butterflies per family, and butterflies are only available if pre-reserved, date specific.
WHEN: 🦋 Butterfly Release Day is Friday, August 8th from 11am-2pm (the farm is open that day 10am-2pm) and Saturday, August 9th from 11am-3pm (farm open 10am-4pm). In case of bad weather ⛈️, the rain date is Sunday, August 10th. ��
WHAT: Release a butterfly into our beautiful field of sunflowers 🌻! You will receive a butterfly snuggled up in an envelope ready to release into the wild, then watch flutter away! 🦋
��WHY: We love (and need!) our pollinators here on the farm, so come help us release butterflies into the field to enjoy all of the beautiful sunflowers! This is a great opportunity to learn about pollinators and get a really cool photo op! 🦋🐝��
AND: Resurgence Brewing and Blackbird Cider will be on the farm for Butterfly Release Day! Those 21+ can cool down with an ice cold refreshment! 🍻��
Admission or a Season Pass is required to attend Butterfly Release Day, your butterfly reservation does not include admission. Admission tickets can be purchased in advance or at the farm the day of the event. Butterflies must be reserved prior to the event, a link will be provided after July 1st.
