Restorative inspired hour combining somatic movements and breathwork. Come and embody the truest form of self. Feel the cells expand and contract, feel the muscles move with the motions of the body. Rekindling the connection between the mind and the body. We will enjoy a longer rest time at the end of class to fully integrate this practice. If available, bring a blanket for this portion of class.
