WILLOW COURT – A Journey Through Time

Bring the whole family and step into Tasmania’s history at the Willow Court Barracks Precinct. This guided walking tour is the perfect way to explore one of Australia’s most fascinating heritage sites.

Over 60 minutes, our friendly guides will share stories of the people and events that shaped Willow Court, while you admire the colonial architecture that dates back to the 1830s. You’ll see the oldest building still standing on the site and learn about its unique place in our state’s past.

Designed for all ages, this outdoor tour offers a relaxed and engaging way to experience history up close.

Tours are held every Saturday with two session times to choose from. Sunday tours are also available on select dates.

Adults: $35 (16+)
Child: $15 (5-15yrs)

Bookings are essential.

This is an outdoor walking tour therefore please dress for all weather conditions. Some access points may not be suitable for people with restricted mobility due to uneven surfaces and stairs. It is not fully wheelchair accessible. Please contact us for more information regarding access.
