Every new moon, we will:
• Learn about the zodiac rulership connected to the new moon
• Honor and learn about specific Goddesses
• Lean into your Divine Feminine
• Complete a lunar spread for guidance and support
• Invite clearing with plant medicine (sage, resins, incense) to clear our path forward
• Experience somatic movements to offer body knowledge, heal and release stagnant energy.
• Rest with sound therapy-Crystal bowls and more!
