Yoga is back at The Well this fall, Mondays at 5pm! We will kick off with Yoga 101 on September 22, and then offer an all level, slow flow yoga class every Monday from September 29-December 15.
The drop in fee is $15 per person per session, no pre-registration required. You can pay at the door by cash or QR code.
We will also offer a punch card this fall- 10 classes for $100! All classes must be used by December 15.
Here is a description of what to expect:
- From Certified Yoga instructor Christy Catsos: "In this hour long class, you can expect to move through a series of yoga poses while connecting breath and movement, and gently building strength, balance, and flexibility. This class is appropriate for all levels including beginners. Variations will be offered to make the practice accessible to all. Please bring your own mat and any other props you may want such as blocks, blanket, or bolster. Please dress comfortably to your preferences. Plan to arrive a few minutes before class begins and plan to stay for the whole hour."
This class is being hosted in a large wide open space with high ceilings and beautiful natural light from stained glass windows around the room. There is ample room to spread out and be comfortable. There are several bathrooms to be able to change if desired. There will be comfortable chairs available to sit in as needed. A drinking water / tea station will be provided.
