Clare Regional History Group will join with the Pioneers Association of South Australia to present a poster display in the foyer of the Clare Town Hall, titled “Pioneers of the Mid-North”.

This poster exhibition tells the stories of lesser-known pioneer settlers in the mid-north of SA. These pioneers risked sailing halfway around the world seeking a better life. Conditions on arrival were difficult as the colony struggled to get on its feet. Their perseverance and determination helped to open up the mid-north of the state.
