*Cooking class featuring Four Leaf Milling organic flour, making Euro flat bread and pasta. Explaining the benefits of using FLM organic flours and grains and their operations.
*Take home a complimentary bag of FLM organic flour

*European lamb lunch featuring Clare Valley's very own Wunderbar Lamb incorporating the flat breads and pasta from the class.
*Chef Uppill's signature European pastries for dessert.
