The Fire of Sunday x Festival of Lamb

Set in the heart of the Clare Valley, The Fire of Sunday is a one-of-a-kind long lunch celebrating the rituals of open-fire cooking and the flavours of the season.

Hosted in the historic coach house of Martindale Hall, this intimate event will feature whole lamb cooked over flame in traditional Argentinian style, seasonal sides, and an arrival drink. Guests will dine under the warmth of the spring sun with sweeping countryside views and live acoustic music.

This is Sunday as it should be — savoured slowly, shared generously, and filled with good company.
