Summer Beauties & Cuties Pageant

LOCATION: Clanton Recreational Center – Clanton, AL
EVERY CONTESTANT RECEIVES A NICE CROWN and VOUCHER to shop our Toy Table!
As Always, Beauty Proceeds will be donated to a charity of our choice. The charity will be announced at the pageant and details will be posted online.
All Supreme Winners will receive a LARGE, National Size Crown. This crown will be posted on the event page soon.
$35.00 deposit holds your spot. Balances can be paid at the door.
ONLY $89 to enter all events. Pay in full by July 1st and bring a friend or sibling for $25.
No pageant dress required. This is a semi-natural casual wear pageant. No lashes or flippers allowed. No long falls, please. Pageant hair and age appropriate makeup permitted. Any casual/summer outfit will do. Custom made attire is allowed and welcomed.
Registration for 0-5: 11:00 a.m. Competition Starts at 12:00 p.m.
Crowning will follow competition.
Registration for 6 & up: 1:30 p.m.
Competition Begins: 2:15 p.m.

UPDATES/DOOR EVENTS WILL BE POSTED ON OUR EVENT PAGE THE WEEK OF THE EVENT.
Age Groups: Boys, 0-23 months, 2-3 year, 4-5 year, 6-7 years, 8-9 years, 10-12 years, 13 & up (teen). If we have enough babies interested, we may do a 0-11 and 12-23 mo. group.
You may compete the age you are as of April 1st, 2025 or move up one age group if you choose.
Scoring: Each contestant will be judged 1/3 facial beauty, 1/3 poise & personality, includes eye contact and smile (Modeling NOT scored on ages 0-5), and 1/3 overall beauty/overall appearance.
Only accepting 6 contestants per age group. First 6 contestants per group to send a $35.00 deposit will get the spots. Once spots are full, it will be waiting list only. No need to call and see if space is available. If your group is full, we will send a prompt refund. We will not hold spots without a deposit.

Door Admission: $8.00 for adults and $5.00 for 10 and under. Everyone pays except contestant. Cash only at the door. NO EXCEPTIONS
Awards:
Grand Supreme Winners: Two Grand Supremes will be awarded. One from 0-5 and one from 6 & up. This will be the contestant with the highest scores in their breakdown. Winners receive a LARGE Custom National Size Crown, Banner, PLUS a Voucher to shop our Toy Table. Winner receives $50.00 CASH w/20 contestants in your half of the pageant.
Mini Supreme Winners: Two Mini Supremes will be awarded. One from 0-5 and 6 & up. This will be the contestant with the second highest scores in their breakdown. Winners receive a LARGE Custom National Size Crown, Banner, PLUS a Voucher to shop our Toy Table. Winner receives $25.00 CASH w/20 contestants in your half of the pageant.
Beauty Winners: There will be a winner for each age division. Winners receive a Large Custom Crown, Banner & Voucher to shop at our Toy Table. King may receive a different design of similar size.
Each age group will have 4 Alternates that will receive a Nice Crown and Voucher to shop at our Toy Table. Anyone not placing will receive a crown and Voucher to ship at our Toy Table.
Side Awards: Each age group will have a Photogenic, Prettiest Smile, Prettiest Hair & Best Fashion Winner. Winners receive a pageant award OR Voucher to shop at our Toy Table.
If entering PHOTOGENIC: you may turn in 1 photo. Photos may be black & white or color. They may be professional or simple. Any photo will do! Please keep clarity in mind when choosing a photo. Make sure photos are at least 5X7. Extra photos are $10.00 each OR $20.00 for 3 extra photos. Can be entered at the door.
Viewer’s Choice Queen/CROWN ASSURANCE (OPTIONAL): Anyone attending will have the option to vote on their favorite contestant. This is an excellent way to ensure that your contestant gets a VERY LARGE CROWN. Votes are $1.00 each. You can vote as many times as you like until crowning. One winner will receive a LARGE 8”-12” CUSTOM CROWN, Banner, PLUS a nice “PRIZE PACKAGE” which will be displayed at registration. Start collecting your votes and bring them with you and remind your guests to vote for their favorite contestant. Anyone turning in at least 100 votes will receive a LARGE CUSTOM CROWN. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU PLAN TO BRING A LARGE AMOUNT OF VOTES.
Please let the director know you are collecting votes so that we have enough awards for everyone. (This event is NOT included in your entry fee.) This is not a pageant event and can be double crowned! We will only have a limited number of extra crowns so please let us know if you are bringing votes.

PARENT or GUARDIAN must READ & SIGN: I will not hold anyone associated w/ the pageant responsible for any accident, injury, theft, loss or damages that may occur before, during or after the pageant. Should there be less than 20 contestants total, the director reserves the right to combine breakdowns/supreme breakdowns. Director reserves the right to combine groups with less than 3 on pageant day. (this rarely happens). I will use good sportsmanship both before and after the pageant. I agree that ALL JUDGES DECISIONS ARE FINAL! No refunds will be given. There will be a $35.00 service charge on returned checks. All decisions concerning this event are up to the director.
