SLOW FLOW ZEN YOGA ONLINE FOR WINTER

Winter's Chill! An hour of seasonal Zen Yoga with a chilled-out vibe. This class is ideal if you prefer a more restorative style of class; beginners to yoga are very welcome. Expect Chi gong sequences to warm up and slow flowing yoga poses focusing on balance and stability. Please bring a block or two to this class and a yoga bolster, pillow or cushions.
