Donna Spink and Lara Davies 3 Peaks challenge for Mental Health.

Donna Spink and Lara Davies will be doing the 3 peaks challenge Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon. They are doing this in aid of clinic of dissociative studies, (CDSUK) this is for those who have Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) which is a complex mental health disorder, this is to raise vital funds for the charity to keep giving those who need it a high standard of long term trauma therapy, they will also be raising vital funds for Campaign against living miserably,(CALM) which is a vital charity for many who have lost loved ones, friends, work colleagues to suicide or for those who a living with suicidality. Please help us in raising as much as we can for both charities and let's get behind them to support them both.
