Chi Gong Workshop

Enjoy a relaxing, sociable morning learning about the health benefits of the ancient tradition of Chi Gong. The workshop will take place outdoors with a stunning loch view and focus on the element of water and will finish with tea and cake!

What to expect:

A short flat walk along a good path (taking around 15 minutes) and around 30 minutes of gentle movement. The sequences are suitable for most abilities and are usually practiced standing.

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, layers are recommended.

We’ll finish with tea and cake. Please bring your own cup with you, hot water, tea and cake are provided.

Please check the weather forecast for the day and bring suitable clothing. In the event of bad weather we will be indoors.

Booking is essential as there are a limited number of spaces available.
