Join me for a free guided meditation to meet your Earth Guide.

Earth is the element of stability, belonging, and deep remembering. It is the ground beneath us, the bones within us, and the wisdom that waits in stillness. This gathering invites you to rest, root, and reconnect with a guide who holds the steady, ancient magic of the land.

There will be gentle live drumming to carry you into the journey, steady and slow, like footsteps through forest paths or a heartbeat in the dark. If you own a drum you are invited to bring it with.

✨ Bring:
A blanket or mat to sit or lie on
A shawl or warm layer
Your journal for any messages that rise up through the roots

You don’t need to be a ‘nature person’ to feel the pull of Earth. If you’re craving stability, softness, or a reminder that you belong somewhere, this is for you.
