Portland Cider Co.'s Cider Making 101 Workshop

Learn the basics of crafting your own delicious, small-batch hard cider at home! In this hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll be given a gallon of fresh apple juice, yeast, nutrients, and an air lock, and instructed in how to initiate the fermentation process. Then you’ll take it home to finish on your own.
