What to Expect
⏱️ The entire process takes under 2 hours.
Here’s how it works:
1. Recruiter Discussion: The Teleperformance Recruiting Team will have a brief conversation with you to confirm general fit.
2. Application & Assessment: You’ll be guided to a computer to complete your application and online assessment. (Note: our entire hiring process can also be done from any internet-accessible computer.)
3. Role Matching & Offer: Once your assessment is complete, your recruiter will review available assignments with you, then walk you through your offer and onboarding paperwork.
For a Successful Experience, Bring:

✅ Computer literate
✅ Valid ID, NIS, and TRN
✅ Ability to access your email from a shared computer (know your email address, password, and be ready to authenticate onsite)
