During this trip, you will visit Mexico City, experience Day of the Dead festivities and cross things off your bucket list!

In Mexico, Day of the Dead is not a sombre experience, but a time to celebrate life and the loved ones no longer with us. It is joyous and festive, and presents death and loss in a positive light. Death is viewed as a transition and change. This sacred holiday reminds us to appreciate what we have while we have it, and not to fear change that is inevitable, but to celebrate it and welcome new beginnings.

For you, this is an opportunity to celebrate too.

During your retreat, you will set intentions for changes you wish to make in your life. You will be able to recognize what once served you, and celebrate your own new beginnings.

Pre-trip call: A 1-on-1 Zoom coaching call with the hosts so we can make sure you make the most out of this experience
