VENUE POLICIES, EVENT DISCLAIMER, AND TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

1. Attendees must be at least 18 years of age, or otherwise accompanied by an adult parent or legal guardian.
   
   
2. Each ticket permits entry for one individual or individual’s party and is non-transferable. Must Present ID at ticket entrance & Name must match that of purchaser for entry to the event.
   
   Each ticket will receive: One Event Badge, Wrist Band, and Event Exclusive Lanyard
   
   
3. This is a CASHLESS Event. We are cashless for this event! All major credit, debit, and mobile payments are accepted throughout the event.
   
   
4. Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant for causing a disturbance, violating the event rules, engaging in behavior that would damage the reputation of the organizer, or for any other reason, without refund.
   
   
5. Liability: Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizers, venue, and affiliated parties are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the Event.
   
   
6. Photography and Video: Please be advised that photography and video recording will take place at this Event for for promotional, internal communications and/or archival purposes. By attending this event, you are deemed to have consented to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data contained in these images for the purpose indicated.
   
   
7. Event Changes: The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, programming, and featured activities without prior notice. This includes adjustments to stage events, and merchandise availability.
   
   
8. Health and Safety: Attendees agree to comply with all health and safety guidelines set by the organizers and venue. The guidelines will be in accordance with local health authority recommendations.
   
   
9. Security: Everyone entering the event is subject to a security check. iBUYPOWER will have walk- through metal detectors, metal detecting hand wands, and other security devices. All bags are subject to search prior to entry. iBUYPOWER is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
   
   
10. Prohibited Items: Weapons, Fire Arms, knives, brass knuckles, pepper spray, laser pens, alcohol or illegal drugs, balloons, professional cameras with detachable or telephoto lenses, hoverboards, skateboards, noise-making devices, two-way radios, spare batteries, and metal chain wallets.
    
11. No Outside Food. Outside drink is allowed inside of the venue.
    
    
12. Lost and Found: A lost and found can be found at the information booth inside of the venue. If you have found a lost item or need to find a lost item, please seek the information booth for more information.
    
    
13. Ticket Refund Policy: Considering the limited quantity of the tickets and timeliness of the Event, tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers. Should the Event be canceled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund within a specified period following the cancellation announcement. Tickets are also non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for tickets to a different date of SoCalTech Fair.
