Stretch 'n Sip Yoga

Make time for some moving meditation followed by a drink and conversation at Stretch ‘n Sip Yoga on Sundays, Jan 4 (Mansion Library) and April 19 (Meadow) from 10-11 a.m.

Josie with Yoga Off the Square will help you gently flow through a series of poses with the intention of being mindful of and reconnecting with your mind and body. Perfect for all levels, this class will leave students feeling refreshed and at ease.

This event is open to all ages, but you must be 21 to enjoy a drink after class.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat. Limited mats will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.

$15/person for Stretch and Sip (Ages 21+), $10/person for Stretch only. Register at https://allerton.illinois.edu/events/stretch-n-sip-yoga-3/ at least one day prior to each class. All sales are final.
