The waterways of Cirencester

Venue: Ashcroft Hall Cirencester – visitors are welcome – a donation of £3.00 per person is invited.
Mike’s talk will explore issues relating to the conservation and management of the river Churn with themes discussed at the Cirencester waterways conference held in 2024.
After a career as a hydrogeologist, Dr Mike Jones now works with groundwater stakeholders to raise awareness of our often unseen, but valuable and potentially vulnerable asset. He has worked closely with ‘the friends of Gumstool Brook’
