School Holiday Workshop: Build a Virus

Scitech is excited to be hosting workshops from The Kids Research Institute Australia these school holidays!

How much does your junior scientist know about viruses? Discover the ins and outs of viruses in this fun workshop, where they’ll get to design and make their very own virus model. What shape will the virus be? Will it have any protein spikes? Will it be enveloped or non-enveloped? They’ll also get to take their virus home!

Suitable for children aged 9-12 years. Please wear enclosed shoes on the day.

Cost:
General: $27.50
Scitech Member: $20

Each The Kids Workshop ticket also allows general entry to Scitech for your Junior Scientist. Adult tickets can be purchased separately.
