Am 13. September 2025 lädt die EHL Hotelfachschule Passugg wieder zum legendären EHL Food Festival ein - ein Tag voller Geschmack, Kultur und Begegnung, liebevoll gestaltet von unseren internationalen Studierenden.
Tauchen Sie ein in eine kulinarische Weltreise und entdecken Sie authentische Spezialitäten aus über 20 Nationen. Unsere Studierenden aus dem deutsch- und englischsprachigen Hotelmanagement-Studium bereiten ihre Lieblingsgerichte aus ihrer Heimat frisch für Sie zu - mit viel Leidenschaft, Kreativität und Können. Von würzigem indischem Masala über französische Crêpes bis hin zu britischen Fish and Chips: Jedes Gericht erzählt eine persönliche Geschichte.
Begleitet wird das Food Festival von einer lebendigen Sommerfeststimmung mit musikalischer Unterhaltung, Live-Cooking-Stationen und interaktiven Food-Erlebnissen. Es ist ein Fest für alle Sinne - offen für Gäste jeden Alters. Familien sind herzlich willkommen.

On 13 September 2025, we are happy to invite you to our iconic EHL Food Festival - a one-day celebration of taste, culture, and community, brought to life by our talented international students.
Join us for a flavorful journey around the world as our students from the German- and English-speaking hotel management programs prepare and serve their favorite dishes from their home countries. Each recipe is a heartfelt tribute to their heritage - from fragrant Indian masala and delicate French crêpes to classic British fish and chips. The festival showcases not just flavors, but the diversity and passion of our student community.
The day will be filled with a vibrant summer atmosphere featuring live music, interactive culinary experiences, and plenty of opportunities to connect, taste, and explore. It’s a true celebration for all generations - families are very welcome.
