Adisaji attended the Graduate School of International Studies at Korea University, is a graduate of Cornell University, the Indian Institute of Yoga, and founder of the Ikologiks Center for Global Studies in 1989.

Info: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the group meditation session hosted by Coldwell Banker at their office (the "Session"), I, the undersigned, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and next of kin, do hereby acknowledge, agree, and accept the following:

I understand that participation in the Session may involve certain risks, including but not limited to: Physical injuries resulting from participation in the Session, including but not limited to strains, sprains, falls, and other physical ailments. Psychological or emotional distress, including but not limited to anxiety, stress, or discomfort. Any other risks associated with the Session, whether known or unknown to me. I hereby voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Session, whether known or unknown to me. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own safety and well-being during the Session.

Info: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Coldwell Banker, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and any other persons or entities associated with the Session (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and liabilities of any nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, arising out of or relating to my participation in the Session, including but not limited to claims for negligence, gross negligence, recklessness, or any other theory of liability. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and liabilities of any nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, arising out of or relating to my participation in the Session, including but not limited to claims by any third party. I represent that I am in good physical and mental health.

Info: I have no medical conditions that would preclude me from participating in the Session. If I have any concerns about my ability to participate, I will consult with my physician before doing so.  

I understand that photography and/or video may be taken during the Session. I hereby grant Coldwell Banker and the Released Parties the right to use my image and likeness in any media, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and social media, for any purpose whatsoever, without compensation. This Waiver and Release of Liability shall be binding upon me and my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and next of kin. This Waiver and Release of Liability shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.   If any provision of this Waiver and Release of Liability is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in force. By attending, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
