「細節很多」，是剛接觸 Iyengar 瑜珈第一印象。

Iyengar瑜伽常常會使用到許多輔助工具，像是瑜伽磚、瑜伽帶、壁繩、等，藉以幫助各種不同體態的人，來提供一個有系統且安全的方法，幫助練習者深入探索身心，引領練習者達到平衡、穩定的狀態。
