If you're finding life tough right now, why not join us for a warm cup of tea and a friendly chat at our support group?

We offer a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental space where you can share your experiences—or simply listen—and feel truly accepted. Whether you’re dealing with mental health challenges yourself, or supporting someone who is, you're welcome here.

Our group is supported by a BACP-registered Counsellor and built around the idea of peer support. Many of us have lived experience with mental health issues or caring for someone who does. We understand, and we’re here to help each other.

What We Offer:

• Monthly peer support meetings
• A listening ear, empathy, and reassurance
• Friendship and connection
• Opportunities to share and learn from one another’s experiences
• Regular social events and outings

Who Can Attend?

Anyone struggling with their mental health—whether or not they have a diagnosis or are involved with services—is welcome, as are family members and carers. Everyone is included.
