Join us each Wednesday evening in July for a soul-soothing guided journey meditation, accompanied by live intuitive music with the sweet tones of bells, guitar, drums, handpan, singing bowls and more.

These sessions are a chance to soften the edges of your week and reconnect with yourself in a held, heart-centered space.

Each evening we’ll explore a different inward journey—Nicole will guide you through a visualised meditation, accompanied by Anthony’s live intuitive sounds, and stillness. Think of it as a deep exhale for your body and soul.

Designed to flow on from the earlier Yin class, this double session is encouraged for a deeper integrated experience.

Supporting nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and
spiritual connection. All are welcome—especially those navigating stress, fatigue, or emotional overwhelm.

Bring your journal and a pen, anything cozy that you may need to feel more comfortable, and your open heart. There will be opportunity for a short period of reflection and optional sharing
to close the circle.
