On Saturday 16th August, I’ll be joining the incredible Matty Knowles (The Ace of Hearts) to co-host a powerful community workshop at Christie Downs Community House.
Together, we’re donating our time and skills to give back to this beautiful centre — with 100% of ticket sales going directly to CDCH to support the amazing programs they run for local families and individuals.
This workshop, Empower Within, is for anyone feeling stretched, stuck, or simply needing space to breathe and reconnect. As a mum of four and a Master Practitioner in Hypnotherapy and NLP, I know how easy it is to put yourself last. This is your permission to put yourself first — even just for a few hours.
