GWOH. September 6-7
Our first service opportunity for GWOH will be a work day at Habitat for Humanity's ReStore, Sept 6th from 10am to 2pm, LUNCH PROVIDED!
Each individual will need to complete the online volunteer registration:

Once you are registered, then go to the calendar on the volunteer site and sign up for the project labeled “Workshop” on Sept 6th.
The second GWOH offering is packing care kits for those experiencing homelessness, creating tie blankets for use within the NRV community to those in need, and a short time of blessing and prayer over these gifts together. Meet at Our Saviour Lutheran Church (Christiansburg) on Sunday, September 7th at 2:00pm.
We are in need the donation items below (you can drop off at Nineveh):
Care Kit Items
Personal Hygiene and Toiletry items (including feminine hygiene items)
Bar soaps
Washcloths
First aid supplies
Small flashlights
Gloves
Rain ponchos
Socks
Sunscreen
Can Openers
Gallon sized Ziplock bags
Tie Blanket Items
Fabric Scissors to cut blankets
Fleece Materials (50in x 60in)
Small stuffed animals for donation with blankets
