The Christian Malford Village Hall fundraiser Duck Race is back for 2025!

How the event will run:
- Each of you will be given your duck numbers on arrival to the races on Sat 26th of July (and if you cant attend but your duck is a winner, we'll contact you to let you know!)
- There will be multiple races on the day, the top 3 ducks from each race will go into the Grand Final duck race to crown this years Winning Ducks!
- The Duck Races are scheduled to start at 12 o clock mid day, and we aim to have the races finished somewhere between 1pm - 2pm!
Prizes!
Prizes are given to the top ten winners in the Grand Finale race. The top 3 ducks (& your duck numbers!) from each of the preliminary races will be entered into the Grand Finale race at the end of the Christian Malford Duck Race 2025!
In the Grand Finale race:
- 1st place: £200!
- 2nd place: £100!
- 3rd-10th place: £10!

DIRECTIONS & PARKING
- The Duck Race takes place in Malford Meadow, which is accessible by car via The Green (SN15 4BQ)
- On the maps above, the spot on the river where the race will be is marked with a Green Circle.

- The nearest toilets are at the village hall approximately 8 minutes walk. The route is marked on the maps above and below in Orange.
By Car
- Parking is available in the meadow via the entrance on The Green, located on the map above in Yellow.
- Entry to the designated parking will be clearly signposted.
- After parking, there will be signs with directions to make your way to the river for the duck race!
- Please take care when walking through the meadow and field as the ground can be very uneven. Children should be supervised at all times.
- There is no car access available via church road.
- Please be mindful of village residents and avoid parking on the streets.

By Foot / Pedestrian Entrance
- Entry to the Duck Race event by foot is available at the entrance on Church Road, (next to the school it is on the maps above and below in orange.)
- There are no parking facilities at this entrance. Vehicles must park in the meadow via the entrance on The Green.
- Please take care when walking through the meadow and field as the ground can be very uneven. Children should be supervised at all times.
- After entering the Walking Entrance, there will be signs with directions to make your way to the river for the duck race!
