Through a short set of gentle stretches to activate the fascia, your body is guided into its natural tremor mechanism — an in-built way of unwinding stored stress, tension, and overwhelm.

Before attending, you’ll complete a short, confidential medical questionnaire to make sure TRE® is the right fit for you at this time and to help me support you safely and effectively.
