A fun filled dance workout taught in a darkened room with disco lights and banging tunes 🙌🏻🙌🏻
No mirrors, no judging. Dance like no one’s watching and just let yourself go. It will feel more like a night out than an exercise class.
Neon encouraged but not essential!

Join for an extra 15 minutes of bodyweight exercises to tonight legs, bum and tums to help strength your muscles and joints.
