Open Floor dance is a dynamic, fun and often transformational practice that helps us move well on every level – in body, heart, mind and soul, so we can respond to life more creatively and wholeheartedly.

Sacha Paddy is a certified to teacher of both Open Floor and 5Rhythms dance practices. She holds a heartfelt, fun, compassionate and welcoming space in which to explore life-themes through your dance and movement. The workshop is open to anyone curious about movement and dance as practices for living well.
