Shout a Mate a Sound Session

I am celebrating the fact that I am 7 months through (halfway) my amazing scared sound healers training program™ . Im learning so much that it blows my brains in a GREAT way. I can't wait to share all the research, science and theory soon. Sound healing is so important in our world to heal us and connect us to our inner peace. The wonderful Vibroacoustic's allows us to connect to our breath which brings us into the present moment.

Maria will guide you into a deep relaxing state so you body feels and knows its safe to restore its self, and regulate the nervous system into a more peaceful state. Maria creates a beautiful, safe loving environment, so you can connect to your mind body and soul.

Basically we need to put our own needs first, unplug from our busy life and all that we have to juggle. Sound Journey's allow our bodies to relax and our minds to quieten, whilst our cortisol stress hormone's leaves our fields.
